Why should we discuss about one more health program? When there are so numerous out there. There is no getaway from fitness schedules whether you look at TV or read a magazine or tabloid.

So now onwards, no spending money on fancy equipment but rather putting emphasis on eating right and nutritious, not to mention to support this with a simple fitness programformed of walking and skipping.
