Among these, the nuts and grains are the richest sources. The best food sources for zinc are chickpeas, baked beans, vegeburger, pumpkin seeds, muesli cheddar cheese, Tahini paste, Fruit yoghurt, dried yeast, and wholemeal bread. However, it is also present in good amounts in the different types of nuts, fruits, and milk products.
