Conmanship in Body Building

By: Dane Fletcher

As body building becomes a favorite past time, a sport and a career for many people allover the world, the industry is getting reucreative for unscuprous dealers and phony specialists. The body building industry has now attracted those who want to make an easy buck, irrespective of the harm they cause among the ignorant body builders.

Indeed People are very confused the world over, where body building is concerned. The internet has done the most harm in enabling conmen to enter into the field of body building. Despite the unanimous consent on the importance of body building and the desirable outcomes of a regular workout to keep in shape, majority of people don't know even where to start, what they have to do, or who to believe among the millions of experts claiming all sorts of things.

A momentary tune in of the TV speaks volumes. Multitudes of infomercials scream from the screen with the latest fads and promising to help achieve the dream body with only a few minutes of workout. Simply put this is the conmanship of the highest order. Yet, it is always very amusing and even sad to see clients respond with interest to such infomercials.

The question on every would-be body builder is always after the bets pill to lose weight or the best pill to increase muscle volume within the shortest time and of course minimal workouts. Serious body builders would be best suited to answer those types of questions. And at most, what they would advise is only about the kind of diet program and weight training regimen suitable to achieving the desired ends. Unfortunately, most of those who ask these questions respond to that kind of advice with such questions as: "Is it necessary to diet and exercise?" or "Won't the pills take care of that?"

The desire to have muscle packed bodies or lean healthy physics, without working for it, is the reason why many thieves are making a killing out of the body building industry. This is a rather unfortunate situation which has dire consequences. All efforts should be made to curb the negative effects of the same.

All budding body builders should beware of the current trends in the body building products' market. Whenever an advertised product claims or promises miraculous results without effort or with very minimal effort, a serious body builder should smell a rat. Why lose scarce and hard earned money to purchase products that can not even convince the basic common sense of a sober minded adult.

The reality is that, in both the body fat or weight losing and body building industries, cheeky dealers exploit opportunities built by misinformation. That doesn't mean that honest trade does not exist. In fact, some supplements in the market if used appropriately and concurrently with an adequate training program and of course complemented by a suitable diet, produce great results. However, no supplement pill on earth will achieve the quest of a fabulous body without training and dieting to boot.
